1、在申请中国心理学会的注册心理师(督导师)时,作为注册系统认可的学时或学分使用;

授课老师:Keith  Dobson(基斯·多布森)  加拿大

Although clinical depression is a common mental disorder, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based therapy to treat depression, there are many interventions embedded within CBT.  This range of options makes the selection and execution of the most effective intervention for a given patient in a given session a challenging proposition for many therapists.  This workshop will present a framework to conceptualize depression, and to select effective interventions that work with depressed patients.  These methods will be demonstrated and practiced so that they can be applied with your cases.

If you conduct CBT for depressed patients, and have ever wondered why your treatment is not as effective as it “should” be, then this intensive workshop is for you.  Presented by a leading authority in the fields of cognitive-behavioral therapy and depression, this workshop will help to develop your knowledge and skills from an average to an authoritative therapist.  The workshop builds on methods discussed in the book Evidence-based Practice of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (Dobson & Dobson, 2009, Guilford Press), but it also makes use of new knowledge about risk and resilience factors for and helps to build a comprehensive understanding of depression and how it can be treated.   The focus of this workshop is on depression, but many of the concepts and some of the techniques are transdiagnostic in nature, and will be of interest and utility for a range of clinical cases.
