12次活动（2007年10月至2008年1月），每次三小时
10月11日周四上午，9：00~12：00（除非另有说明）
费用：1800元（9月15日之前缴费可以享受1600元优惠价格）
（专业工作者的督导应当是单位支持提供的，请及时申请安排）
地点：光熙门，和平里
小组限12人，请及早报名登记。

注意：如果你对接受督导感兴趣，但更倾向于安排在其它时间，请让我们知道。我们可能考虑组织一个月拿一个周六出来督导的小组，上午做个案督导，下午做个人成长或新技能的练习。

这个督导小组是为咨询员开设的（理想的情况是已经参加过米杉咨询策略小组“由心咨询”培训的人员）。小组将融案例督导与更深层的新技能的操练与学习于一体。

在督导开始时提供一个清楚有效的工作方法供大家商讨，这包括案例报告的方法、案例报告的列表等。

咨询督导小组的目标有：

1. 对咨询员面临的困难个案提供支持与指导；
2. 提高改进咨询员的工作方法、知识与技能；
3. 探索咨询员的个人问题怎样影响他们的工作；
4. 发展咨询员的自我觉察与领悟力；
5. 支持与指导新近培训的咨询员；
6. 鼓励咨询员采用压力管理策略，避免职业衰竭；
7. 为咨询员提供情感支持；
8. 为咨询员提供组织支持以及转介资源。

请注意：
本培训用英语，提供翻译。需要基本的英语理解能力。
本培训限12名成员，请及时登记以确保你的位置。

Thursday mornings, 9-12am (unless otherwise specified, during working time).
Fee : 1800 RMB (1600 RMB for payments made before September 15th)
(Fapio is provided. Supervision should be paid by your employer, make arrangements in time.)

NOTE : IF YOU ARE INTERESTED BY SUPERVISION BUT WOULD PREFER ANOTHER SCHEDULE, LET US KNOW. WE MAY CONSIDER A GROUP WHO MEETS ONE SATURDAY PER MONTH, POSSIBLY FOR A FULL DAY, WITH CASE REPORT IN THE MORNING AND PERSONAL WORK OR NEW SKILLS PRACTICING IN THE AFTERNOON.

This SUPERVISION group is open to practicing COUNSELORS (ideally - but not exclusively - those who have followed the ‘Counseling from the Heart’ training). While we primarily focus on case-supervision, we will also allow time for sharing and learning new skills.

A clear and efficient working method will be proposed and discussed with the group at the start of the supervision. This will include guidelines for case report as well as outlining the supervision methods that the group will choose to use. We will both explore extended case report and short case report followed by role play and supportive group feedback.

The goals of counseling supervision are to :
1 - Offer support and guidance in the counselor’s challenges with difficult cases;
2 - Update counselors’ working methods and improve their knowledge and skills;
3 - Explore how the counselors’ personal issues may affect their work;
4 - Develop the counselors’ self-awareness and insights;
5 - Support and guide newly trained counselors;
6 - Encourage counselors to adopt effective stress management strategies and avoid burnout;
7 - Provide counselors with emotional support;
8 - Provide counselors with organizational support and referral resources.

PLEASE NOTE :
- the training is given in ENGLISH. Although translation is provided, a GOOD understanding of English is required.

MICHEL CLAEYS
Belgian psychotherapist Michel Claeys has been in Beijing since 2000, working as a counselor, lecturing and offering trainings in Chinese universities. With over 20 years of professional experience, relying on a wide exposure to various innovative approaches in personal development, group work, counseling and psychotherapy, his work offers a personal blend of approaches in humanistic and transpersonal psychology. He published ‘The Emotional Intelligence Classroom’, translated in French and Chinese (《应该补上的一课》, Dongfang Chubanshe, available through internet or Xinhua bookstores). His new book 'Counseling from the Heart’ will be published early 2008.

NI NAN QI
Ni Nan Qi was born in 1978 (Anhui) and graduated in educational psychology (Master degree in 2003, Beishida). She is dean of the counseling center in BICT and teaches psychology. She has been assisting Michel Claeys in most of his workshops and trainings since May 2005, playing an increasingly active role in delivering the trainings.
